Registration Guideline

» 1 author registration can cover 6 page paper publication, 15 minutes presentation time, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner on Sep. 5, etc.

» 1 presenter registration can cover 15 minutes presentation time, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner on Sep. 5, etc.

» 1 listener registration can cover conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner on Sep. 5, etc. Please contact with Jack by email: icfms_conf@vip.163.com for listener registration.

» Early Bird Registration Deadline is May 30, 2020.

» One registration allows only 1 participant to attend the conference. If co-author or family member would like to attend the conference, please register as the listener. 

» Additional paper registration requires that two papers have the same FIRST authors.

» The paper is limited to 6 pages, additional page is possible but will be charged 70 USD/ per page.

» For presenter and listener who'd like to register in the conference site, please inform us by email in advance and only cash in the conference site can be accepted. Author onsite registration is unacceptable.

» Due to pervasive travel restrictions caused by COVID-19 outbreak in the worldwide, some authors cannot attend the conference in the site. Referring to some authors' requests and thus a careful consideration, ICFMS 2020 decided to provide a new presentation format for those participants: Online Presentation. You could register as the author(online) or presenter (online). The online session will be arranged in the afternoon of Sep. 5 or in the whole day of Sep. 6, 2020. More details, please inquiry with the conference secretary by email. (Email: icfms_conf@vip.163.com)

Exclusion of Liability：

The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 70% refund for cancellations received before and on August 5, 2020; an administrative fee of 30% registration fee will be applied.

2. NO REFUNDS for cancellation on and after August 5, 2020.

Conference Site Safety Policy:

For safety of your properties, please take good care of your belongings in the conference site. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or loss by way cause whatsoever. For the safety of participants and properties, please be sure to wear the conference badge in the conference period. And participants are not suggested to carry unrelated people into the conference rooms.
